Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson, CR, is co-chairman of Case Design Remodeling, Bethesda, Md. He is a member of the NAHB Remodeling Hall of Fame, an Affiliate at Harvard University's Joint Center for Housing and a columnist for Professional Remodeler magazine. Richardson is the author of the best-selling book, "How Fit is Your Business," and a forthcoming book "Business Themes to Grow By", to be published this fall. He began his remodeling career at Case Construction Co. in 1980 with a degree in architecture from Virginia Tech University. An early champion of the design/build model of business in remodeling, Richardson helped grow Case Construction Co. to a national organization, generating over $50 million in installed volume annually
